Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, all products sold on Fragrance are 100% authentic originals from the official designers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity, such as a bedroom dresser rather than a bathroom.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that because perfumes are classified as hazardous materials due to alcohol content, they must ship via ground transportation.
What is the difference between EDT and EDP?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%) and lasts longer, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) for a lighter scent.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full bottle?
We offer a curated selection of discovery sets and individual 2ml samples for most of our best-selling fragrances so you can test them on your skin before purchasing.
