At Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the original, unopened fragrance bottle back into its luxury packaging and secure it in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
